Pegs 6 & 7
(Maximum 2 individuals or upto 4 if fishing as a group)
Pegs 6 and 7 have recently undergone a significant upgrade, bringing this section fully in line with the improvements across the rest of the lake.
This area now features four individual fishing positions, each with its own staging that extends out into the lake and drops down to the water’s edge, giving anglers comfortable and easy access to the water.
The first two positions make up Peg 6, while the second two form Peg 7. Each peg offers a choice of fishing spots, allowing anglers to target different areas of the swim.
Both pegs now benefit from dedicated parking directly behind the swims, accessed from the side, making loading and unloading gear simple and convenient.
New shelters have also been built behind both Peg 6 and Peg 7. These provide a sheltered area where anglers can watch the water, cook, tie rigs, or simply socialise when the weather turns poor so you’re not stuck in your bivvy. Each shelter has shelves on either side for cooking or rig making.
The shelter on Peg 6 also features twin USB charging ports powered by a large solar panel with battery backup, along with a night light for added convenience.
